12- Dan Kiley- Fountain Place
I like this design, the equally spaced trees creating avenues from every entrance, though not walkable it looks so clear that you could walk on the surface. The light foliage allows a lot of light through and is balanced well with the dark paving with the trunks and the horizontal line breaking up the blocks of colour. The circles are the clearest shape defining the tree's boundary in the ground giving each tree a strong form with a defined base and a strong vertical line from the trunk.
