Initial Plan

The design's primary focus will be water, a water feature running through the middle of the site. With the themes of water being reflective, mini gardens (purple circles) will be for smaller, more intimate spaces.

The initial plan, however after some calculations the car park is too small and there's not enough hub building space based on my draft. So I've got to rework it-
